Notes
- Raw/unedited files cannot be sent to the customer
- Studio fee is paid separately
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images
- The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, publication and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Up to 30% of photos can be black and white, at the author's choice
- All photos will be edited with the author's style
- Photos that are in the gallery and sent via a link are available for 7 days. During this time, the client must download them
